Sometimes, we look at people and we see that they seem to have everything that they want.
Everything comes to them so easily.
And when you think about it, they’re not so special, and you’re thinking why can’t I have that?
Maybe something is holding you back. And maybe there is something that you can do about it.
Come along to this talk to find out what could be holding you back, and more importantly, what you can do about it using a technique called tapping.
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or tapping as it is more commonly known is a technique based on the Chinese system of acupuncture, where you tap on tap on acupressure points around the body, while focussing on the negative emotion that you would like to resolve.
It is a bridge between bodywork and talking therapy as it combines both and is sometimes referred to as emotional acupuncture.
While EFT can be used to release everyday stress and anxiety, it can also be used to work at a much deeper level to release negative beliefs, behaviours and attitudes.
What will happen in the talk?
During the talk, you will see how EFT/tapping works and learn the tapping points for yourself.
We will also look at things that may unconsciously be holding you back.
As a group, we will be also be some tapping as a group so you get to try this for yourself.
After the talk, you will receive a diagram on the tapping points and some notes so that you can use tapping for yourself, and start to tapping for yourself.
You will also receive some notes on what you can do to shift whatever it is that is holding you back.
As with all of the groups I work with, this will have a small number of participants so places are limited, and booking is essential.
