I LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping. It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results.
And my next Online EFT Level 1 is starting on Thursday 7th March 2024.
The course is for you if you want to tap for yourself, friends and family and improve your technique. It’s also for you if you want to take the first step towards becoming a practitioner.
Level 1 lays a really strong foundation that you can build on to help you to lead a more balanced and emotionally fulfilling life.
The course is run in 3 hour blocks, once a week for 4 weeks, so you receive 12 hours training in total. All of the classes are run on Zoom.
My own EFT journey started in 2008, and I am teaching EFT for over 10 years now. Having trained in coaching, NLP and hypnotherapy, as soon as I trained in EFT, I knew that this was the technique for me.
EFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques.

EFT Training Level 1 Course Content:

- EFT Origins and Background
- EFT Basic Recipe
- How to select the problems to tap on
- Intensity Meter
- Dividing a problem into different parts/aspects
- Dealing with excessive intensity
- Introduction to working with trauma
- Using the movie technique to work on specific incidents
- EFT for pain and physical issues
- EFT for cravings – ditch that chocolate!!
- Troubleshooting EFT – what to do when results aren’t happening

The EFT training Level 1 follows the course and syllabus of EFT International and is fully accredited.
As the training is divided into smaller chunks of time, you gain a deeper level of knowledge and understanding throughout the process, and you also get to practice what you have learnt each week, between modules.
All of the classes including the demonstrations, are recorded so you will be able to go over the content at your leisure.
On the course, as well as showing you how to break a problem down into its different parts, you will learn a great technique for dealing with difficult events, how to alleviate pain and physical symptoms, as well as working on cravings.
I’ve Done Lots Of Tapping – Do I Need To Do Level 1?
This training is designed as a professional qualification, with structured learning, practice and discussion.
It gives you a very good grounding in the techniques so that you can be really specific in your tapping, and shows you how to identify things that are relevant for YOU and your clients. You will learn, how to break the issues down into their different parts, and how to resolve them.
Even for people who have done a lot of tapping themselves, they always say that they learn so much from the training. And they notice how much better their results are.
I love that EFT can done by yourself on yourself – you don’t necessarily have to do with someone – that is what I love about it. But you do need the training to be able to maximize the benefits.
EFT is an excellent stand-alone therapy and is also a great add-on to existing therapies such as counselling, psychotherapy, reflexology, massage and coaching. On completion of the course, you will receive a certificate of attendance.

The Online Level 1 training will be held over 4 weeks, starting on Thursday 7th March, 9.30am to 12.30,pm, UK & Irish time. The dates are all Thursdays – 7th, 14th, 21st & 28th March.
I will be using Zoom and you can join via your pc, laptop or tablet.
The cost of the EFT Training Level 1 course is €495, with an early bird discount of €45, for payment received by 1st March 2024. Early bird cost is €450.
If you would like to deepen your knowledge of EFT or would like to become a practitioner, you can continue on to Level 2, which will be held in April 2024.
My EFT Trainings are usually fully booked and the course is limited to 8 people.
Please note that the training, including the demonstrations by me, will be recorded. Participants practice sessions are not recorded.
If you miss a class, or part of a class, for any reason, you can repeat the module you missed at a later training.
In order to receive your EFT International attendance certificate, you must attend the full 12 hours of training. Viewing the recordings does not count as attending as there are supervised practice sessions as part of the training.
I highly recommend this online training with Grainne. It was informative and practical, and was facilitated in a very supportive way. Payment Terms: For cancellation more than 6 weeks prior to event, the full amount, less €100 is refundable. For cancellation between 4 and 6 weeks prior to the event, 50% of the balance is refundable. For any cancellation less than 4 weeks before the event, no refund is available.
