Feel like you have too much on your plate? Can’t see the woods for the trees? Or just feeling completely stressed out? Come along to this Stress Release Tapping Circle, where we will work as a group using tapping EFT* to release stress, and leave feeling lighter and brighter.
During this evening, you will learn about tapping and a basic lesson in how to do it for yourself. Then we will tap as a group to release all the stresses and strains of the week.
This is a great introduction to Tapping EFT, and is suitable for anyone who wants to better manage their stress.

About EFT Tapping
*EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique and it is a system where you tap on acupressure points as a way of releasing stress, anxiety and negative beliefs.
It is a technique based on the Chinese system of acupuncture, where you tap on tap on acupressure points around the body, while focussing on the negative emotion that you would like to resolve.
It is a bridge between bodywork and talking therapy as it combines both and is sometimes referred to as emotional acupuncture.
While EFT can be used to release everyday stress and anxiety, it can also be used to work at a much deeper level to release negative beliefs, behaviours and attitudes.
