What is EFT?
EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) or tapping as it is more commonly known is a technique based on the Chinese system of acupuncture. You tap on tap on acupressure points around the body, while focussing on the negative emotion that you would like to release.
While EFT can be used to release everyday stress and anxiety, it can also be used to work at a much deeper level to release negative beliefs, behaviours and attitudes.
This talk is a great introduction to Tapping EFT, and is suitable for anyone who wants to learn how to release stress or better manage any anxiety or fear that they may be feeling.
Even if you’re not completely stressed out, but you would like to be able to better manage whatever life throws at you, come along to this evening.
How To Release Stress With Tapping EFT
During the talk, you will see how EFT/tapping works and learn the tapping points for yourself.
We will be also be tapping as a group, working on specific fears, anxieties and stresses so you get to try EFT for yourself.
After the talk, you will receive a diagram on the tapping points and some notes so that you can use tapping for yourself and learn how to release stress.
As with all of the groups I work with, this will have a small number of participants so places are limited, and booking is essential.
