Join me on Wednesday 28th October for my free online stress release tapping session.
Tapping is a technique where you tap on acupuncture points around the body as a way of releasing stress and anxiety.
During the class you will:
- Learn this tapping technique so that you can use it for yourself and family
- Feel calmer
- Reduce the stress hormones in your body
- Boost your immune system
- Have a greater feeling of well-being
On the call, I will check in to see how people are feeling and we work on the main issues that are coming up. Typically, we may tap to release anxiety, frustration, missing loved ones etc.
