Each year I like to hold an in person event for EFT practitioners.
This is a chance for all of us to get together in person, exchange ideas and get to know each other more.
As always, I will have a theme for the day, and this year it will be on working with metaphors.
Working with metaphors can offer a powerful window into how clients experience their emotions, beliefs, challenges and memories.
For example: I feel like I have a wall around me; it’s like this heavy weight I’m carrying around in a back pack; I feel like there’s this block in front of me.
It is a great way of working with the issue without having to name it.
There are some circumstances where I have worked with a client and the traditional approach – finding past events – hasn’t worked.
However, using an image/metaphor to describe the issue enabled the client to see the issue more clearly and to clear the problem. I can share more on the day.
This event on metaphors will count for 4 hours CPD.
Prerequisite: Participants should already be qualified in EFT
