SUMMARY:Inner Child Healing Process
DESCRIPTION:On Saturday 15th October\, I will be running a one day training on Inner Child Healing. \nThis training will provide 6 hours CPD training\, and is for accredited EFT International practitioners only. \nThis is such a powerful technique and I am delighted to be sharing it with you. \nI developed this process using a combination of Time Line Therapy (which is part of my training in Neuro Linguistic Programming)\, Violet Flame Healing and Energy Integration work. \nIt is a procedure that I use very regularly with clients and the results are always significant\, resulting in huge emotional shifts. \nDuring this training\, I will show you how to reach out your hand energetically to work with the younger self\, provide healing using tapping\, and once the process is complete\, integrating into their adult selves and their physical\, emotional\, mental and energetic bodies. \nI will also show you different ways of using this in terms of working with other people involved in the particular issue\, communicating with them\, and also working with past lives and generations. \nIt will also be an opportunity for us to connect as there are people who have met online over the last 2 years and have yet to connect in person. \nOn the day\, I am planning to do demonstrations and also give you time for practice in small groups or pairs. \nThe day will run from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Saturday 21st May\, and will be held at Oscailt\, and will provide you with 6 hours CPD.  Cost is €180. \nTo book your place\, please follow the booking details in the link. \nReally looking forward to connecting with you in person and giving you a REAL hug. \n

SUMMARY:Online EFT Level 1 Training Starting Tuesday 13th September 2022

DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO 2022\nI am postponing this event to 2022 and will post details when I have a new date.  \nI am optimistically planning a day where we can finally meet in person to have a mentoring day for EFT International Practitioners\, as it looks like we are coming to the end of Covid controls from 22nd October. The emphasis is shifting to personal responsibility\, where people will be deciding for themselves what does and doesn’t feel comfortable for them. \nThe mentoring day will provide you with 6 hours mentoring. \nTaking place at Oscailt\, we will meet as a group to answer any questions and get to tap as a group. \nThe day will take place in the room at hall level and there is lots of room for physical distancing.  I will lay out the room to allow for plenty of space between people. \nThe chairs will be wiped down and I will ask people to bring their own water.  Recently\, I was with one of my many healers (!)\, and he recommended Thieves Oil as it clears the air and kills off air borne viruses etc.  I will have it in the atomiser so hopefully it will give us extra protection. \nWe probably won’t be huddling in the kitchen to get our cup of tea\, so maybe we take it in turns to go to the kitchen\, or get our hot drinks from the local shops. \nIn the spirit of community\, what I would ask of people is that if they have booked to attend and are feeling unwell either on the day or for a few days previously\, or if they have been in contact with someone who has Covid\, that they do not attend.  In this instance\, I will be happy to issue a refund – no questions asked. \nIf you would like to attend\, please click on the link below. \nMaximum number of participants: 8

DESCRIPTION:The next online meditation\, will take place on Wednesday 29th January at 7.15pm. \nThere are many people that I have spoken to who say they would like to do meditation but somehow they never seem to find the time or the motivation!  This online meditation is for you. \nYou can do this from the comfort of your own home\, and because it is a guided meditation\, you don’t have to think about what to say or what to think. \nThis means that it is perfect for those of you who have very busy minds\, and don’t know where to start. Your mind may wander for the first while\, but it will eventually settle as I talk you through the meditation.  Also\, because you are doing it from home\, you can be in your jammies and fall straight into bed afterwards. \nAll you need to do is to show up and be guided by my words. \nAfter the meditation\, you get a copy of the recording to use whenever you like. \nThe participants usually listen to the recording throughout the following weeks and have found it to be very powerful. \nHealing Meditation\nChakra Healing Meditation \nThe meditation will start with a mindfulness exercise\, followed by a chakra clearing. \nWe will then focus on whatever it is that needs healing.  This is going to be different for each person. \nWe may not be 100% sure of whatever it is that needs to be healed\, and so we trust that the process will provide the healing wherever it is needed. \nFinally\, we will finish with a group healing using The Violet Flame & Rahanni. \nAbout The Violet Flame:\nAs soon as I read about the Violet Flame\, it was if it was something that I had known about for a very long time but had somehow forgotten. \nFor me\, it is about transforming whatever negative thoughts\, emotions or feelings you are holding and transmuting them back into their original state and nature which is love. \nGifted to us by St Germain\, it is available to everyone\, and the more you tune into and use its energy\, the stronger it becomes for you. \nIt is a very powerful energy. \nWhat is Rahanni?\nI was introduced to Rahanni Healing in 2015 by a beautiful friend and healer\, Tricia Lane \, and have incorporated it into my healing work with the Violet Flame ever since. \nSince I have started working with it\, it has raised my healing to another level. \n‘Rahanni’ means\, ‘of one heart’\, and that there is no separation.
