DESCRIPTION:I’m really excited to be holding my first live event in 3 years! \nCome join me for a day of heart centred tapping\, meditation and healing work. \nTaking place on Saturday 1st April\, this day is for anyone who feels that there is something preventing them from being fully heart centred\, something is stopping them from coming from a place of love or for anyone who would like to open up their heart centre. \n \nMy aim for the day is that people feel lighter\, more open and at one with themselves.  That they are connected more to self-love as that is the starting point\, and then that they can start to feel and BE more heart centred in their life. \nIt will be a bit like pressing a re-set button for you. \nSo\, What Does Being Heart Centred Mean?\nGood question. \nI think that a lot of the time we are told to use our heads. \nAnd yes\, that can be very sensible advice. But what happens is that when we only use our head\, a lot of past programming\, judgement and fear start to come into play.  Or else\, you start to worry about the future and all the disasters that could happen. \nAs Joe Dispenza says ‘the brain (or mind) thinks\, but the heart knows’. \nSo\, being heart centred means coming from a place of love\, but also a place without fear\, without judgement\, not taking things personally and just this sense of knowing. \nWouldn’t that feel good? \nBut What Exactly Will We Be Doing??\nThe day will consist of meditations\, tapping and healing. \nFor anyone who has worked with me\, you will know that I work in a very intuitive way.  So\, we may make some diversions along the way. \nHowever\, as I always feel whenever I am on an adventure\, that it is sometimes those diversions that are the times that are the most rewarding and fun! \nSo here is the basic outline\, but know that this may change. \nThe day will start with a meditation to help us relax. \nThis will be followed by tapping with the group to clear the different beliefs\, fears\, and judgements that may be preventing us from being truly heart centred. \nFinally\, we will work on giving life\, power and energy to where you want to be and seal this in with some soft and soothing energy work. \nIf you so wish\, you can then send this pure heart energy out to the world. \nThe aim is that you leave the day feeling heart-centred\, happy and free. \n \nTapping In A Group\nTapping with a group is extremely powerful. \nThere is a special and recognised phenomenon with tapping called ‘borrowing benefits’.  What this means is that when you are tapping on someone else’s issue\, it clears some of your own stuff. \nAnd the way the universe works\, somehow everything that comes up in the group has some gentle resonance for everyone. \nWe could tap on something specific\, on physical sensations or images that illustrate where you are at now. \nDoes any of this resonate with you?  Or maybe you just like the sound of it. \nIf it does\, I would LOVE to have you join me for this powerful day of transformation. \nBook your place and come and join me for this event by clicking on the link below:

DESCRIPTION:ONE PLACE REMAINING \nMy next online EFT Level 1 training is starting on Tuesday 24th January 2023. \nThe course is run in 3 hour blocks\, once a week for 4 weeks\, so you receive 12 hours training in total. \nAs the training is divided into smaller chunks of time\, participants gain a deeper level of knowledge and understanding throughout the process\, and they also get to practice what they have learnt each week\, between modules. DESCRIPTION:On Saturday 15th October\, I will be running a one day training on Inner Child Healing. \nThis training will provide 6 hours CPD training\, and is for accredited EFT International practitioners only. \nThis is such a powerful technique and I am delighted to be sharing it with you. \nI developed this process using a combination of Time Line Therapy (which is part of my training in Neuro Linguistic Programming)\, Violet Flame Healing and Energy Integration work. \nIt is a procedure that I use very regularly with clients and the results are always significant\, resulting in huge emotional shifts. \nDuring this training\, I will show you how to reach out your hand energetically to work with the younger self\, provide healing using tapping\, and once the process is complete\, integrating into their adult selves and their physical\, emotional\, mental and energetic bodies. \nI will also show you different ways of using this in terms of working with other people involved in the particular issue\, communicating with them\, and also working with past lives and generations. \nIt will also be an opportunity for us to connect as there are people who have met online over the last 2 years and have yet to connect in person. \nOn the day\, I am planning to do demonstrations and also give you time for practice in small groups or pairs. \nThe day will run from 9.30am to 4.30pm on Saturday 21st May\, and will be held at Oscailt\, and will provide you with 6 hours CPD.  Cost is €180. \nTo book your place\, please follow the booking details in the link. \nReally looking forward to connecting with you in person and giving you a REAL hug. \n

SUMMARY:Online EFT Level 1 Training Starting Tuesday 13th September 2022

DESCRIPTION:THIS EVENT HAS BEEN POSTPONED TO 2022\nI am postponing this event to 2022 and will post details when I have a new date.  \nI am optimistically planning a day where we can finally meet in person to have a mentoring day for EFT International Practitioners\, as it looks like we are coming to the end of Covid controls from 22nd October. The emphasis is shifting to personal responsibility\, where people will be deciding for themselves what does and doesn’t feel comfortable for them. \nThe mentoring day will provide you with 6 hours mentoring. \nTaking place at Oscailt\, we will meet as a group to answer any questions and get to tap as a group. \nThe day will take place in the room at hall level and there is lots of room for physical distancing.  I will lay out the room to allow for plenty of space between people. \nThe chairs will be wiped down and I will ask people to bring their own water.  Recently\, I was with one of my many healers (!)\, and he recommended Thieves Oil as it clears the air and kills off air borne viruses etc.  I will have it in the atomiser so hopefully it will give us extra protection. \nWe probably won’t be huddling in the kitchen to get our cup of tea\, so maybe we take it in turns to go to the kitchen\, or get our hot drinks from the local shops. \nIn the spirit of community\, what I would ask of people is that if they have booked to attend and are feeling unwell either on the day or for a few days previously\, or if they have been in contact with someone who has Covid\, that they do not attend.  In this instance\, I will be happy to issue a refund – no questions asked. \nIf you would like to attend\, please click on the link below. \nMaximum number of participants: 8
