DESCRIPTION:There is so much going on in the world and it is very easy to feel discombobulated\, helpless\, hopeless and disconnected.  It feels like all we are seeing is terrible news. \nWe are in a much stronger position to help if we are coming from a calm place.  And then taking whatever action we need to take. \nWith this in mind and to help anyone who is struggling with this\, I am running a free online tapping session to help cultivate peace within ourselves. \nThe more we can radiate peace within ourselves\, the more we can help to spread peace in the world.  And we can then take whatever action we need\, coming from a calm\, controlled and centred place. \nWe will start tapping on how we are feeling ourselves in relation to what is going on and to cultivate peace within ourselves.  Then we will tap on overall peace. \nTo finish\, we will do a meditation where we send out healing to the world. \nThe session is free\, and if you’d like to take part\, please sign up below. \nThe light is always stronger than the darkness\, and we must do what we can to hold on to our light. \nLet’s start to spread peace from within.

SUMMARY:Heart Centred Tapping Day - Saturday 6th April
DESCRIPTION:Come join me for a day of heart centred tapping\, meditation and healing work. \nTaking place on Saturday 6th April\, this day is for anyone who feels that there is something preventing them from being fully heart centred\, something is stopping them from coming from a place of love or for anyone who would like to open up their heart centre. \n \nMy aim for the day is that people feel lighter\, more open and at one with themselves.  That they are connected more to self-love as that is the starting point\, and then that they can start to feel and BE more heart centred in their life. \nIt will be a bit like pressing a re-set button for you. \nAnd there is an early bird price of €160 for bookings received by 20th March.  After this date\, the cost goes up to €180. \nSo\, What Does Being Heart Centred Mean?\nGood question. \nI think that a lot of the time we are told to use our heads. \nAnd yes\, that can be very sensible advice. But what happens is that when we only use our head\, a lot of past programming\, judgement and fear start to come into play.  Or else\, you start to worry about the future and all the disasters that could happen. \nAs Joe Dispenza says ‘the brain (or mind) thinks\, but the heart knows’. \nSo\, being heart centred means coming from a place of love\, but also a place without fear\, without judgement\, not taking things personally and just this sense of knowing. \nWouldn’t that feel good? \nBut What Exactly Will We Be Doing??\nThe day will consist of meditations\, tapping and healing. \nFor anyone who has worked with me\, you will know that I work in a very intuitive way.  So\, we may make some diversions along the way. \nHowever\, as I always feel whenever I am on an adventure\, that it is sometimes those diversions that are the times that are the most rewarding and fun! \nSo here is the basic outline\, but know that this may change. \nThe day will start with a meditation to help us relax. \nThis will be followed by tapping with the group to clear the different beliefs\, fears\, and judgements that may be preventing us from being truly heart centred. \nFinally\, we will work on giving life\, power and energy to where you want to be and seal this in with some soft and soothing energy work. \nIf you so wish\, you can then send this pure heart energy out to the world. \nThe aim is that you leave the day feeling heart-centred\, happy and free. \n \nTapping In A Group\nTapping with a group is extremely powerful. \nThere is a special and recognised phenomenon with tapping called ‘borrowing benefits’.  What this means is that when you are tapping on someone else’s issue\, it clears some of your own stuff. \nAnd the way the universe works\, somehow everything that comes up in the group has some gentle resonance for everyone. \nWe could tap on something specific\, on physical sensations or images that illustrate where you are at now. \nDoes any of this resonate with you?  Or maybe you just like the sound of it. \nIf it does\, I would LOVE to have you join me for this powerful day of transformation. \nBook your place and come and join me for this event by clicking on the link below:

DESCRIPTION:I LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping.  It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results. \nAnd my next Online EFT Level 1 is starting on Thursday 7th March 2024. \nThe course is for you if you want to tap for yourself\, friends and family and improve your technique.  It’s also for you if you want to take the first step towards becoming a practitioner. \nLevel 1 lays a really strong foundation that you can build on to help you to lead a more balanced and emotionally fulfilling life. \nThe course is run in 3 hour blocks\, once a week for 4 weeks\, so you receive 12 hours training in total.  All of the classes are run on Zoom. \nMy own EFT journey started in 2008\, and I am teaching EFT for over 10 years now.  Having trained in coaching\, NLP and hypnotherapy\, as soon as I trained in EFT\, I knew that this was the technique for me. \nEFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue\, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques. \nI loved this online EFT course   It surpassed my expectations with the variety of EFT tools included in Level 1.  The course was perfectly pitched and I enjoyed that it was held over 4 sessions.  This was my first online course and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another with Grainne.             Una \n \nEFT Training Level 1 Course Content: \nThe course will cover the following topics: \n\nEFT Origins and Background\nEFT Basic Recipe\nHow to select the problems to tap on\nIntensity Meter\nDividing a problem into different parts/aspects\nDealing with excessive intensity\nIntroduction to working with trauma\nUsing the movie technique to work on specific incidents\nEFT for pain and physical issues\nEFT for cravings – ditch that chocolate!!\nTroubleshooting EFT – what to do when results aren’t happening\nEFT Practice Sessions\n\nThe EFT training  Level 1 follows the course and syllabus of EFT International and is fully accredited. \nAs the training is divided into smaller chunks of time\, you gain a deeper level of knowledge and understanding throughout the process\, and you also get to practice what you have learnt each week\, between modules. \nAll of the classes including the demonstrations\, are recorded so you will be able to go over the content at your leisure. \nOn the course\, as well as showing you how to break a problem down into its different parts\, you will learn a great technique for dealing with difficult events\, how to alleviate pain and physical symptoms\, as well as working on cravings. \nI’ve Done Lots Of Tapping – Do I Need To Do Level 1? \nThis training is designed as a professional qualification\, with structured learning\, practice and discussion. \nIt gives you a very good grounding in the techniques so that you can be really specific in your tapping\, and shows you how to identify things that are relevant for YOU and your clients.  You will learn\, how to break the issues down into their different parts\, and how to resolve them. \nEven for people who have done a lot of tapping themselves\, they always say that they learn so much from the training.  And they notice how much better their results are. \nI love that EFT can done by yourself on yourself – you don’t necessarily have to do with someone – that is what I love about it. But you do need the training to be able to maximize the benefits. \n \nEFT is an excellent stand-alone therapy and is also a great add-on to existing therapies such as counselling\, psychotherapy\, reflexology\, massage and coaching.
