SUMMARY:Online EFT Level 1 Training - April 2025
DESCRIPTION:I’m delighted to announce\, that my next EFT Level 1 training starts on 29th April . \nThe course will run from 9:30am to 12.45pm and the classes will all be on Tuesdays: 29th April\, 6th May\, 13th May & 20th May 2025. \nI LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping.  It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results. \nThe course is for you if you want to tap for yourself\, friends and family and improve your technique.  It’s also for you if you want to take the first step towards becoming a practitioner. \nLevel 1 lays a really strong foundation that you can build on to help you to lead a more balanced and emotionally fulfilling life. \nAs one of my past trainees said to me recently: ‘the scaffolding is so important’\, and this training will help you to build a strong scaffold to your EFT practice. \nThe course is run in just over 3 hour blocks\, once a week for 4 weeks\, so you receive 12 hours training in total.  All of the classes are run on Zoom. \nMy own EFT journey started in 2008\, and I am teaching EFT for over 10 years now.  Having trained in coaching\, NLP and hypnotherapy\, as soon as I trained in EFT\, I knew that this was the technique for me. \nEFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue\, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques. \nI loved this online EFT course   It surpassed my expectations with the variety of EFT tools included in Level 1.  The course was perfectly pitched and I enjoyed that it was held over 4 sessions.  This was my first online course and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another with Grainne. Una \n \nEFT Training Level 1 Course Content: The course will cover the following topics: \n\nEFT Origins and Background\nEFT Basic Recipe\nHow to select the problems to tap on\nIntensity Meter\nDividing a problem into different parts/aspects\nDealing with excessive intensity\nIntroduction to working with trauma\nUsing the movie technique to work on specific incidents\nEFT for pain and physical issues\nEFT for cravings – ditch that chocolate!!\nTroubleshooting EFT – what to do when results aren’t happening\nEFT Practice Sessions\n\nThe EFT training  Level 1 follows the course and syllabus of EFT International and is fully accredited. \nAs the training is divided into smaller chunks of time\, you gain a deeper level of knowledge and understanding throughout the process\, and you also get to practice what you have learnt each week\, between modules. \nAll of the classes including the demonstrations\, are recorded so you will be able to go over the content at your leisure. On the course\, as well as showing you how to break a problem down into its different parts\, you will learn a great technique for dealing with difficult events\, how to alleviate pain and physical symptoms\, as well as working on cravings. \nI’ve Done Lots Of Tapping – Do I Need To Do Level 1? \nThis training is designed as a professional qualification\, with structured learning\, practice and discussion. \nYou will be trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques\, not just tapping. \nIt gives you a very good grounding in the techniques so that you can be really specific in your tapping\, and shows you how to identify things that are relevant for YOU and your clients. \nYou will learn\, how to break the issues down into their different parts\, and how to resolve them. \nEven for people who have done a lot of tapping themselves\, they always say that they learn so much from the training.  And they notice how much better their results are. \nIt is a prerequisite for EFT International\, that in order to attend Level 2\, you must have completed an EFT International Level 1 training. \n \nI love that EFT can done by yourself on yourself – you don’t necessarily have to do with someone – that is what I love about it. But you do need the training to be able to maximize the benefits. \nEFT is an excellent stand-alone therapy and is also a great add-on to existing therapies such as counselling\, psychotherapy\, reflexology\, massage and coaching. \nOn completion of the course\, you will receive a certificate of attendance. \nAttending EFT Level 1 training with Gráinne surpassed all my expectations.  Gráinne provided a great mix of theory and practice.  I can’t believe how much we covered.  The learnings that happened on the course were really valuable and ready to use straight away in a simple and practical way through following the guidance that Gráinne had given us.’   Helen O’Flinn \nThe Online Level 1 training will be held over 4 weeks\, starting on Tuesday 29th April from 9:30am\, UK & Irish time.  The dates are all Tuesdays: 29th April\, 6tj\, 13th & 20th May 2025. \nI will be using Zoom and you can join via your pc\, laptop or tablet. \nThe cost of the EFT Training Level 1 course is €495\, with an early bird discount of €45\, for payment received by 15th April 2025.  Early bird cost is €450. \nIf you would like to deepen your knowledge of EFT or would like to become a practitioner\, you can continue on to Level 2\, which will be held later in 2025. \nMy EFT Trainings are usually fully booked and the course is limited to 8 people. It was informative and practical\, and was facilitated in a very supportive way. DESCRIPTION:Here we are at the end of 2024. \nSomehow things feel even more chaotic and scary than they did at the start of the year. \nIn light of this\, I am holding a Mind Yourself Tapping event on 12th December at 7.00pm. \nWhen minding yourself\, you need to give yourself the space for nurturing and healing.  Living the truth of whatever is going on and allowing us the time to acknowledge this and move on to healing when we are ready. \nAt this event\, we will tap on whatever is present\, and clear whatever emotions are ready to be healed\, and give ourselves a big warm hug. \nOn the call we will be tapping and will finish with a short meditation and healing. \nThere is a small cost to attend and we can use this to put all of our troubles and woes and bring us back to a place of more self love. \nIf you would like to join me for this event\, please click on the link below:

DESCRIPTION:Please note that this Level 2 training is for people who have previously completed EFT International Level 1 training. \nMy next EFT Level 2 online training starts on Tuesday 19th November 2024 from 6.30pm to 9.30pm\, UK & Irish time\, and continuing for 5 weeks (15 hours). \nWe will meet once a week on Tuesdays 19th\, 26th November\, 3rd\, 10th\, 17th December. \nThis is longer than the recommended minimum time recommended by EFT International (12 hours). DESCRIPTION:I’m delighted to announce\, that I will be running an evening training starting on Tuesday 8th October\, starting at 6.30pm. \nThe course will run from 6.30pm to 9.30pm and the classes will all be on Tuesdays: 8th\, 15th\, 22nd and 29th October. \nEach module will last 3 hours and as it is the evenings (for most people)\, and some of you may be tired after your long day\, I will make sure that I check in to see where people’s energy is at and take plenty of breaks. \nI LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping.  It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results. And my next Online EFT Level 1 is starting on Tuesday 8th October. \nThe course is for you if you want to tap for yourself\, friends and family and improve your technique.  It’s also for you if you want to take the first step towards becoming a practitioner. \nLevel 1 lays a really strong foundation that you can build on to help you to lead a more balanced and emotionally fulfilling life. \nThe course is run in 3 hour blocks\, once a week for 4 weeks\, so you receive 12 hours training in total.  All of the classes are run on Zoom. \nMy own EFT journey started in 2008\, and I am teaching EFT for over 10 years now.  Having trained in coaching\, NLP and hypnotherapy\, as soon as I trained in EFT\, I knew that this was the technique for me. \nEFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue\, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques. \nI loved this online EFT course   It surpassed my expectations with the variety of EFT tools included in Level 1.  The course was perfectly pitched and I enjoyed that it was held over 4 sessions.  This was my first online course and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another with Grainne. On the course\, as well as showing you how to break a problem down into its different parts\, you will learn a great technique for dealing with difficult events\, how to alleviate pain and physical symptoms\, as well as working on cravings. \nI’ve Done Lots Of Tapping – Do I Need To Do Level 1? \nThis training is designed as a professional qualification\, with structured learning\, practice and discussion. \nIt gives you a very good grounding in the techniques so that you can be really specific in your tapping\, and shows you how to identify things that are relevant for YOU and your clients. \nYou will learn\, how to break the issues down into their different parts\, and how to resolve them. \nEven for people who have done a lot of tapping themselves\, they always say that they learn so much from the training.  And they notice how much better their results are. \nIt is a prerequisite for EFT International\, that in order to attend Level 2\, you must have completed an EFT International Level 1 training. \n \nI love that EFT can done by yourself on yourself – you don’t necessarily have to do with someone – that is what I love about it. But you do need the training to be able to maximize the benefits. \nEFT is an excellent stand-alone therapy and is also a great add-on to existing therapies such as counselling\, psychotherapy\, reflexology\, massage and coaching. \nOn completion of the course\, you will receive a certificate of attendance. \nAttending EFT Level 1 training with Gráinne surpassed all my expectations.  Gráinne provided a great mix of theory and practice.  I can’t believe how much we covered.  The learnings that happened on the course were really valuable and ready to use straight away in a simple and practical way through following the guidance that Gráinne had given us.’   Helen O’Flinn \nThe Online Level 1 training will be held over 4 weeks\, starting on Tuesday 8th October at 6.30pm\, UK & Irish time.  The dates are all Tuesdays: 8th\, 15th\, 22nd & 29th October. \nI will be using Zoom and you can join via your pc\, laptop or tablet. \nThe cost of the EFT Training Level 1 course is €495\, with an early bird discount of €45\, for payment received by 15th September 2024.  Early bird cost is €450. \nIf you would like to deepen your knowledge of EFT or would like to become a practitioner\, you can continue on to Level 2\, which will be held later in 2024. \nMy EFT Trainings are usually fully booked and the course is limited to 8 people. DESCRIPTION:There is so much going on in the world and it is very easy to feel discombobulated\, helpless\, hopeless and disconnected.  It feels like all we are seeing is terrible news. \nWe are in a much stronger position to help if we are coming from a calm place.  And then taking whatever action we need to take. \nWith this in mind and to help anyone who is struggling with this\, I am running a free online tapping session to help cultivate peace within ourselves. \nThe more we can radiate peace within ourselves\, the more we can help to spread peace in the world.  And we can then take whatever action we need\, coming from a calm\, controlled and centred place. \nWe will start tapping on how we are feeling ourselves in relation to what is going on and to cultivate peace within ourselves.  Then we will tap on overall peace. \nTo finish\, we will do a meditation where we send out healing to the world. \nThe session is free\, and if you’d like to take part\, please sign up below. \nThe light is always stronger than the darkness\, and we must do what we can to hold on to our light. \nLet’s start to spread peace from within.

DESCRIPTION:Come join me for a day of heart centred tapping\, meditation and healing work. \nTaking place on Saturday 6th April\, this day is for anyone who feels that there is something preventing them from being fully heart centred\, something is stopping them from coming from a place of love or for anyone who would like to open up their heart centre. \n \nMy aim for the day is that people feel lighter\, more open and at one with themselves.  That they are connected more to self-love as that is the starting point\, and then that they can start to feel and BE more heart centred in their life. \nIt will be a bit like pressing a re-set button for you. \nAnd there is an early bird price of €160 for bookings received by 20th March.  After this date\, the cost goes up to €180. \nSo\, What Does Being Heart Centred Mean?\nGood question. \nI think that a lot of the time we are told to use our heads. \nAnd yes\, that can be very sensible advice. But what happens is that when we only use our head\, a lot of past programming\, judgement and fear start to come into play.  Or else\, you start to worry about the future and all the disasters that could happen. \nAs Joe Dispenza says ‘the brain (or mind) thinks\, but the heart knows’. \nSo\, being heart centred means coming from a place of love\, but also a place without fear\, without judgement\, not taking things personally and just this sense of knowing. \nWouldn’t that feel good? \nBut What Exactly Will We Be Doing??\nThe day will consist of meditations\, tapping and healing. \nFor anyone who has worked with me\, you will know that I work in a very intuitive way.  So\, we may make some diversions along the way. \nHowever\, as I always feel whenever I am on an adventure\, that it is sometimes those diversions that are the times that are the most rewarding and fun! \nSo here is the basic outline\, but know that this may change. \nThe day will start with a meditation to help us relax. \nThis will be followed by tapping with the group to clear the different beliefs\, fears\, and judgements that may be preventing us from being truly heart centred. \nFinally\, we will work on giving life\, power and energy to where you want to be and seal this in with some soft and soothing energy work. \nIf you so wish\, you can then send this pure heart energy out to the world. \nThe aim is that you leave the day feeling heart-centred\, happy and free. \n \nTapping In A Group\nTapping with a group is extremely powerful. \nThere is a special and recognised phenomenon with tapping called ‘borrowing benefits’.  What this means is that when you are tapping on someone else’s issue\, it clears some of your own stuff. \nAnd the way the universe works\, somehow everything that comes up in the group has some gentle resonance for everyone. \nWe could tap on something specific\, on physical sensations or images that illustrate where you are at now. \nDoes any of this resonate with you?  Or maybe you just like the sound of it. \nIf it does\, I would LOVE to have you join me for this powerful day of transformation. \nBook your place and come and join me for this event by clicking on the link below:

DESCRIPTION:I LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping.  It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results. \nAnd my next Online EFT Level 1 is starting on Thursday 7th March 2024. \nThe course is for you if you want to tap for yourself\, friends and family and improve your technique.  It’s also for you if you want to take the first step towards becoming a practitioner. \nLevel 1 lays a really strong foundation that you can build on to help you to lead a more balanced and emotionally fulfilling life. \nThe course is run in 3 hour blocks\, once a week for 4 weeks\, so you receive 12 hours training in total.  All of the classes are run on Zoom. \nMy own EFT journey started in 2008\, and I am teaching EFT for over 10 years now.  Having trained in coaching\, NLP and hypnotherapy\, as soon as I trained in EFT\, I knew that this was the technique for me. \nEFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue\, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques. \nI loved this online EFT course   It surpassed my expectations with the variety of EFT tools included in Level 1.  The course was perfectly pitched and I enjoyed that it was held over 4 sessions.  This was my first online course and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another with Grainne.             Una \n \nEFT Training Level 1 Course Content: \nThe course will cover the following topics: \n\nEFT Origins and Background\nEFT Basic Recipe\nHow to select the problems to tap on\nIntensity Meter\nDividing a problem into different parts/aspects\nDealing with excessive intensity\nIntroduction to working with trauma\nUsing the movie technique to work on specific incidents\nEFT for pain and physical issues\nEFT for cravings – ditch that chocolate!!\nTroubleshooting EFT – what to do when results aren’t happening\nEFT Practice Sessions\n\nThe EFT training  Level 1 follows the course and syllabus of EFT International and is fully accredited. \nAs the training is divided into smaller chunks of time\, you gain a deeper level of knowledge and understanding throughout the process\, and you also get to practice what you have learnt each week\, between modules. \nAll of the classes including the demonstrations\, are recorded so you will be able to go over the content at your leisure. \nOn the course\, as well as showing you how to break a problem down into its different parts\, you will learn a great technique for dealing with difficult events\, how to alleviate pain and physical symptoms\, as well as working on cravings. \nI’ve Done Lots Of Tapping – Do I Need To Do Level 1? \nThis training is designed as a professional qualification\, with structured learning\, practice and discussion. \nIt gives you a very good grounding in the techniques so that you can be really specific in your tapping\, and shows you how to identify things that are relevant for YOU and your clients.  You will learn\, how to break the issues down into their different parts\, and how to resolve them. \nEven for people who have done a lot of tapping themselves\, they always say that they learn so much from the training.  And they notice how much better their results are. \nI love that EFT can done by yourself on yourself – you don’t necessarily have to do with someone – that is what I love about it. But you do need the training to be able to maximize the benefits. \n \nEFT is an excellent stand-alone therapy and is also a great add-on to existing therapies such as counselling\, psychotherapy\, reflexology\, massage and coaching. On completion of the course\, you will receive a certificate of attendance. \nAttending EFT Level 1 training with Gráinne surpassed all my expectations.  Gráinne provided a great mix of theory and practice.  I can’t believe how much we covered.  The learnings that happened on the course were really valuable and ready to use straight away in a simple and practical way through following the guidance that Gráinne had given us.’   Helen O’Flinn \nThe Online Level 1 training will be held over 4 weeks\, starting on Thursday 7th March\, 9.30am to 12.30\,pm\, UK & Irish time.  The dates are all Thursdays – 7th\, 14th\, 21st & 28th March. \nI will be using Zoom and you can join via your pc\, laptop or tablet. \nThe cost of the EFT Training Level 1 course is €495\, with an early bird discount of €45\, for payment received by 1st March 2024.  Early bird cost is €450. \nIf you would like to deepen your knowledge of EFT or would like to become a practitioner\, you can continue on to Level 2\, which will be held in April 2024. \nMy EFT Trainings are usually fully booked and the course is limited to 8 people. \nPlease note that the training\, including the demonstrations by me\, will be recorded.  Participants practice sessions are not recorded. \nIf you miss a class\, or part of a class\, for any reason\, you can repeat the module you missed at a later training. \nIn order to receive your EFT International attendance certificate\, you must attend the full 12 hours of training.  Viewing the recordings does not count as attending as there are supervised practice sessions as part of the training. \nI highly recommend this online training with Grainne. It was informative and practical\, and was facilitated in a very supportive way.
