DESCRIPTION:THIS COURSE IS NOW FULL.  PLEASE EMAIL ME AT info@grainnemoneill.com FOR DETAILS OF THE NEXT COURSE.\n  \nI used to run a regular meditation course and people have been asking me when I am running them again. \nSo\, I’m kicking off 2016 with a new meditation course focusing on peace\, starting on 9 February for 4 weeks. \nMeditation Course – Dublin:\nPeace in the wider sense of the word\, starts with you\, and the purpose of the meditation course is to find this peace within yourself. \nFrom the course\, you will take a break from your busy week and feel greater peace\, relaxation and well-being.  Also\, if you have a specific intention or issue that you wish to work on\, this can be included with the meditation. \nEach evening\, we will start a gentle guided meditation\, bringing you back to the present then cleansing the chakras.  Once we have quietened and achieved peace in our own mind\, we can send out this peace meditation to others. \nFinally\, we will finish with a group healing using Rahanni & The Violet Flame.  This is very powerful\, and really helps to clear at another level and to seal in your feeling of peace and well-being. \nWhat is Rahanni?\nI was introduced to Rahanni in 2015 by a beautiful friend and healer\, Tricia Lane \, and have been working with it since. \nFor me it is a soft\, gentle yet powerful energy. \n‘Rahanni’ means\, ‘of one heart’\, and that there is no separation.  We are from and are one divine energy source. \nIt helps balance the masculine and feminine energy within us and can also be used for treating specific physical\, emotional and mental issues. \nWorking with Rahanni brings in Guanyin\, various angels and other energies who are there to guide us on our way.  It is a perfect complement to working with The Violet Flame. \nAbout The Violet Flame:\nAs soon as I read about the Violet Flame many years ago\, it was if it was something that I had known about for a very long time but had somehow forgotten. \nFor me\, it is about transforming whatever negative thoughts\, emotions or feelings you are holding and transmuting them back into their true state and nature which is love. \nThe Violet Flame is a very powerful energy\, and is available for everyone to use. \nDates: Tuesdays 9th\, 16th & 23rd February\, 1st March \nTime: 7.15pm to 8.45pm \nCost: €55 for the 4 weeks \nVenue: Oscailt\, 8 Pembroke Road\, Dublin 4 \nPlease note that there is free parking on Pembroke Road after 7.00pm. \nThis course is now full.  For details of the next course\, please email me at info@grainnemoneill.com
