DESCRIPTION:I’m delighted to announce\, that my next EFT Level 1 training starts on Tuesday 27th January 2026. \nThe course will run from 9:30am to 12.45pm and the classes will all be on Tuesdays: 27th January\, 3rd\, 10th & 17th February 2026. \nI LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping.  It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results. \nThe course is for you if you want to tap for yourself\, friends and family and improve your technique.  It’s also for you if you want to take the first step towards becoming a practitioner. \nLevel 1 lays a really strong foundation that you can build on to help you to lead a more balanced and emotionally fulfilling life. \nAs one of my past trainees said to me recently: ‘the scaffolding is so important’\, and this training will help you to build a strong scaffold to your EFT practice. \nThe course is run in just over 3 hour blocks\, once a week for 4 weeks\, so you receive 12 hours training in total.  All of the classes are run on Zoom. \nMy own EFT journey started in 2008\, and I am teaching EFT for over 10 years now.  Having trained in coaching\, NLP and hypnotherapy\, as soon as I trained in EFT\, I knew that this was the technique for me. \nEFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue\, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques. \nI loved this online EFT course   It surpassed my expectations with the variety of EFT tools included in Level 1.  The course was perfectly pitched and I enjoyed that it was held over 4 sessions.  This was my first online course and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another with Grainne. Una \n \nEFT Training Level 1 Course Content: The course will cover the following topics: \n\nEFT Origins and Background\nEFT Basic Recipe\nHow to select the problems to tap on\nIntensity Meter\nDividing a problem into different parts/aspects\nDealing with excessive intensity\nIntroduction to working with trauma\nUsing the movie technique to work on specific incidents\nEFT for pain and physical issues\nEFT for cravings – ditch that chocolate!!\nTroubleshooting EFT – what to do when results aren’t happening\nEFT Practice Sessions\n\nThe EFT training  Level 1 follows the course and syllabus of EFT International and is fully accredited. \nAs the training is divided into smaller chunks of time\, you gain a deeper level of knowledge and understanding throughout the process\, and you also get to practice what you have learnt each week\, between modules. \nAll of the classes including the demonstrations\, are recorded so you will be able to go over the content at your leisure. On the course\, as well as showing you how to break a problem down into its different parts\, you will learn a great technique for dealing with difficult events\, how to alleviate pain and physical symptoms\, as well as working on cravings. \nI’ve Done Lots Of Tapping – Do I Need To Do Level 1? \nThis training is designed as a professional qualification\, with structured learning\, practice and discussion. \nYou will be trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques\, not just tapping. \nIt gives you a very good grounding in the techniques so that you can be really specific in your tapping\, and shows you how to identify things that are relevant for YOU and your clients. \nYou will learn\, how to break the issues down into their different parts\, and how to resolve them. \nEven for people who have done a lot of tapping themselves\, they always say that they learn so much from the training.  And they notice how much better their results are. \nIt is a prerequisite for EFT International\, that in order to attend Level 2\, you must have completed an EFT International Level 1 training. \n \nI love that EFT can done by yourself on yourself – you don’t necessarily have to do with someone – that is what I love about it. But you do need the training to be able to maximize the benefits. \nEFT is an excellent stand-alone therapy and is also a great add-on to existing therapies such as counselling\, psychotherapy\, reflexology\, massage and coaching. \nOn completion of the course\, you will receive a certificate of attendance. \nAttending EFT Level 1 training with Gráinne surpassed all my expectations.  Gráinne provided a great mix of theory and practice.  I can’t believe how much we covered.  The learnings that happened on the course were really valuable and ready to use straight away in a simple and practical way through following the guidance that Gráinne had given us.’   Helen O’Flinn \nThe Online Level 1 training will be held over 4 weeks\, starting on Tuesday 27th January 2026 from 9:30am\, UK & Irish time.  The dates are all Tuesdays: 27th January\, 3rd\, 10th & 17th February 2026. \nI will be using Zoom and you can join via your pc\, laptop or tablet. \nThe cost of the EFT Training Level 1 course is €495\, with an early bird discount of €45\, for payment received by 14th January 2026.  Early bird cost is €450. \nIf you would like to deepen your knowledge of EFT or would like to become a practitioner\, you can continue on to Level 2\, which will be held later in 2026. \nMy EFT Trainings are usually fully booked and the course is limited to 8 people. Please note that the training\, including the demonstrations by me\, will be recorded.  Participants practice sessions are not recorded. \nIf you miss a class\, or part of a class\, for any reason\, you can repeat the module you missed at a later training. \nIn order to receive your EFT International attendance certificate\, you must attend the full 12 hours of training.  Viewing the recordings does not count as attending as there are supervised practice sessions as part of the training. \nI highly recommend this online training with Grainne. It was informative and practical\, and was facilitated in a very supportive way. Grainne welcomes curiosity and independent thinking while maintaining the highest of standards in both theory and practice. I finished each online session feeling encouraged and confident to tap on issues for myself and to share the techniques with friends and family. DESCRIPTION:It has been great continuing to connect with everyone online. \nAs we did last year\, I wanted to provide an opportunity for us all to meet up in person again. \nWith this in mind\, I am organising a workshop\, on surrogate tapping. \nThis workshop will provide you with 4 CPD hours. \nSurrogate tapping can be used when working with children\, animals and also where we do not have access to the person (through illness\, incarceration etc). \n\nYou can do it at any time and even anywhere – you do not have to be in the same room as the person or animal.\nYou can do it much more often than an animal would generally permit.\nYou can help wild animals\, animals that don’t belong to you\, and animals that you can’t really touch much\, such as birds and fish.\nOnce you have learned the simple technique\, you can use it on any problem\, that an animal or person has.  You don’t have to know anything at all about the particular issue and you can tune into the energy of the problem.\n\nWe will go through the theory on surrogate tapping\, have a demonstration and then you get to practice with a partner. \nVenue: Oscailt\, 8 Pembroke Road\, Dublin 4 \nDate: Saturday 18th October \nTime: 10.00am to 2.00pm \nCost: Early bird price €70 up to 15th September.  After this date\, the price increases to €85. \nIt would be so great to see you at this event.

DESCRIPTION:I’m delighted to announce\, that my next EFT Level 1 training starts on Tuesday 7th October. \nThe course will run from 9:30am to 12.45pm and the classes will all be on Tuesdays: 7th\, 14th\, 21st & 28th October 2025. \nI LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping.  It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results. \nThe course is for you if you want to tap for yourself\, friends and family and improve your technique.  It’s also for you if you want to take the first step towards becoming a practitioner. \nLevel 1 lays a really strong foundation that you can build on to help you to lead a more balanced and emotionally fulfilling life. \nAs one of my past trainees said to me recently: ‘the scaffolding is so important’\, and this training will help you to build a strong scaffold to your EFT practice. \nThe course is run in just over 3 hour blocks\, once a week for 4 weeks\, so you receive 12 hours training in total.  All of the classes are run on Zoom. \nMy own EFT journey started in 2008\, and I am teaching EFT for over 10 years now.  Having trained in coaching\, NLP and hypnotherapy\, as soon as I trained in EFT\, I knew that this was the technique for me. \nEFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue\, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques. \nI loved this online EFT course   It surpassed my expectations with the variety of EFT tools included in Level 1.  The course was perfectly pitched and I enjoyed that it was held over 4 sessions.  This was my first online course and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another with Grainne. Una \n \nEFT Training Level 1 Course Content: The course will cover the following topics: \n\nEFT Origins and Background\nEFT Basic Recipe\nHow to select the problems to tap on\nIntensity Meter\nDividing a problem into different parts/aspects\nDealing with excessive intensity\nIntroduction to working with trauma\nUsing the movie technique to work on specific incidents\nEFT for pain and physical issues\nEFT for cravings – ditch that chocolate!!\nTroubleshooting EFT – what to do when results aren’t happening\nEFT Practice Sessions\n\nThe EFT training  Level 1 follows the course and syllabus of EFT International and is fully accredited. \nAs the training is divided into smaller chunks of time\, you gain a deeper level of knowledge and understanding throughout the process\, and you also get to practice what you have learnt each week\, between modules. \nAll of the classes including the demonstrations\, are recorded so you will be able to go over the content at your leisure. On the course\, as well as showing you how to break a problem down into its different parts\, you will learn a great technique for dealing with difficult events\, how to alleviate pain and physical symptoms\, as well as working on cravings. \nI’ve Done Lots Of Tapping – Do I Need To Do Level 1? \nThis training is designed as a professional qualification\, with structured learning\, practice and discussion. \nYou will be trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques\, not just tapping. \nIt gives you a very good grounding in the techniques so that you can be really specific in your tapping\, and shows you how to identify things that are relevant for YOU and your clients. \nYou will learn\, how to break the issues down into their different parts\, and how to resolve them. \nEven for people who have done a lot of tapping themselves\, they always say that they learn so much from the training.  And they notice how much better their results are. \nIt is a prerequisite for EFT International\, that in order to attend Level 2\, you must have completed an EFT International Level 1 training. \n \nI love that EFT can done by yourself on yourself – you don’t necessarily have to do with someone – that is what I love about it. But you do need the training to be able to maximize the benefits. \nEFT is an excellent stand-alone therapy and is also a great add-on to existing therapies such as counselling\, psychotherapy\, reflexology\, massage and coaching. \nOn completion of the course\, you will receive a certificate of attendance. \nAttending EFT Level 1 training with Gráinne surpassed all my expectations.  Gráinne provided a great mix of theory and practice.  I can’t believe how much we covered.  The learnings that happened on the course were really valuable and ready to use straight away in a simple and practical way through following the guidance that Gráinne had given us.’   Helen O’Flinn \nThe Online Level 1 training will be held over 4 weeks\, starting on Tuesday 7th October from 9:30am\, UK & Irish time.  The dates are all Tuesdays: 7th\, 14th\, 21st & 28th October 2025. \nI will be using Zoom and you can join via your pc\, laptop or tablet. \nThe cost of the EFT Training Level 1 course is €495\, with an early bird discount of €45\, for payment received by 17th September 2025.  Early bird cost is €450. \nIf you would like to deepen your knowledge of EFT or would like to become a practitioner\, you can continue on to Level 2\, which will be held later in 2025. \nMy EFT Trainings are usually fully booked and the course is limited to 8 people. SUMMARY:Finding Peace Among The Chaos
DESCRIPTION:I don’t know about you but it really feels like there is a lot going on. \nAnd if\, like me\, you are in any way sensitive to these things\, it can feel very overwhelming. \nWe may find ourselves absorbing the collective anxiety\, the shared grief and find it hard to navigate all of the uncertainty that is around. \nCarl Jung refers to this shared emotional experience as the ‘collective unconscious’. \nAnd we can fall into the trap of feeling like there is nothing that we can do.  But there is. \nWhen we process our emotions\, we not only heal ourselves (and feel better in the process)\, we also contribute to the healing of the collective psyche. \nEFT is such a powerful tool for helping us to deal with our emotions\, and when we do that\, we show up differently\, we treat people differently and the effects go on. \nCome join me for a special tapping event where we can connect\, share and start to release some of the burdens that we are carrying.  My guess is that a lot of the stuff we are carrying that doesn’t event belong to us. \nDuring this event\, we will tap as a group\, do some healing and raise the consciousness. \nDate: Wednesday 18th June \nTime: 7.00pm to 8.00pm

DESCRIPTION:THIS COURSE IS NOW FULL.  PLEASE EMAIL ME TO PUT YOU ON THE WAITING LIST FOR MY NEXT TRAINING. \nI’m delighted to announce\, that my next EFT Level 1 training starts on 28th January 2024. \nThe course will run from 9:30am to 12.45pm and the classes will all be on Tuesdays: 28th January\, 4th\, 11th & 18th February 2024. \nI LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping.  It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results. \nThe course is for you if you want to tap for yourself\, friends and family and improve your technique.  It’s also for you if you want to take the first step towards becoming a practitioner. \nLevel 1 lays a really strong foundation that you can build on to help you to lead a more balanced and emotionally fulfilling life. \nAs one of my past trainees said to me recently: ‘the scaffolding is so important’\, and this training will help you to build a strong scaffold to your EFT practice. \nThe course is run in just over 3 hour blocks\, once a week for 4 weeks\, so you receive 12 hours training in total.  All of the classes are run on Zoom. \nMy own EFT journey started in 2008\, and I am teaching EFT for over 10 years now.  Having trained in coaching\, NLP and hypnotherapy\, as soon as I trained in EFT\, I knew that this was the technique for me. \nEFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue\, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques. \nI loved this online EFT course   It surpassed my expectations with the variety of EFT tools included in Level 1.  The course was perfectly pitched and I enjoyed that it was held over 4 sessions.  This was my first online course and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another with Grainne. On the course\, as well as showing you how to break a problem down into its different parts\, you will learn a great technique for dealing with difficult events\, how to alleviate pain and physical symptoms\, as well as working on cravings. \nI’ve Done Lots Of Tapping – Do I Need To Do Level 1? \nThis training is designed as a professional qualification\, with structured learning\, practice and discussion. \nYou will be trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques\, not just tapping. \nIt gives you a very good grounding in the techniques so that you can be really specific in your tapping\, and shows you how to identify things that are relevant for YOU and your clients. \nYou will learn\, how to break the issues down into their different parts\, and how to resolve them. \nEven for people who have done a lot of tapping themselves\, they always say that they learn so much from the training.  And they notice how much better their results are. \nIt is a prerequisite for EFT International\, that in order to attend Level 2\, you must have completed an EFT International Level 1 training. \n \nI love that EFT can done by yourself on yourself – you don’t necessarily have to do with someone – that is what I love about it. SUMMARY:Mind Yourself Tapping Event
DESCRIPTION:Here we are at the end of 2024. \nSomehow things feel even more chaotic and scary than they did at the start of the year. \nIn light of this\, I am holding a Mind Yourself Tapping event on 12th December at 7.00pm. \nWhen minding yourself\, you need to give yourself the space for nurturing and healing.  Living the truth of whatever is going on and allowing us the time to acknowledge this and move on to healing when we are ready. \nAt this event\, we will tap on whatever is present\, and clear whatever emotions are ready to be healed\, and give ourselves a big warm hug. \nOn the call we will be tapping and will finish with a short meditation and healing. \nThere is a small cost to attend and we can use this to put all of our troubles and woes and bring us back to a place of more self love. \nIf you would like to join me for this event\, please click on the link below:
