SUMMARY:September 2026 - Online EFT Level 1 Training
DESCRIPTION:I’m delighted to announce\, that my next EFT Level 1 training starts on Tuesday 22nd September 2026.\n\nThe course will run from 9:30am to 12.45pm and the classes will all be on Tuesdays: 22nd and 29th September\, 6th & 13th October 2026. \nI LOVE teaching people about EFT and how to get the best results from their tapping.  It is such a pleasure for me to see people learn and get great results. \nThe course is for you if you want to tap for yourself\, friends and family and improve your technique.  It’s also for you if you want to take the first step towards becoming a practitioner. \nLevel 1 lays a really strong foundation that you can build on to help you to lead a more balanced and emotionally fulfilling life. \nAs one of my past trainees said to me recently: ‘the scaffolding is so important’\, and this training will help you to build a strong scaffold to your EFT practice. \nThe course is run in just over 3 hour blocks\, once a week for 4 weeks\, so you receive 12 hours training in total.  All of the classes are run on Zoom. \nMy own EFT journey started in 2008\, and I am teaching EFT for nearly 15 years now.  Having trained in coaching\, NLP and hypnotherapy\, as soon as I trained in EFT\, I knew that this was the technique for me. \nEFT is just so great at getting to the root of the issue\, and a lot more speedily than many other techniques. \nI loved this online EFT course   It surpassed my expectations with the variety of EFT tools included in Level 1.  The course was perfectly pitched and I enjoyed that it was held over 4 sessions.  This was my first online course and I wouldn’t hesitate to do another with Grainne. Una \n \nEFT Training Level 1 Course Content: The course will cover the following topics: \n\nEFT Origins and Background\nEFT Basic Recipe\nHow to select the problems to tap on\nIntensity Meter\nDividing a problem into different parts/aspects\nDealing with excessive intensity\nIntroduction to working with trauma\nUsing the movie technique to work on specific incidents\nEFT for pain and physical issues\nEFT for cravings – ditch that chocolate!!\nTroubleshooting EFT – what to do when results aren’t happening\nEFT Practice Sessions\n\nThe EFT training  Level 1 follows the course and syllabus of EFT International and is fully accredited. \nAs the training is divided into smaller chunks of time\, you gain a deeper level of knowledge and understanding throughout the process\, and you also get to practice what you have learnt each week\, between modules. \nAll of the classes including the demonstrations\, are recorded so you will be able to go over the content at your leisure. On the course\, as well as showing you how to break a problem down into its different parts\, you will learn a great technique for dealing with difficult events\, how to alleviate pain and physical symptoms\, as well as working on cravings. \nI’ve Done Lots Of Tapping – Do I Need To Do Level 1? \nThis training is designed as a professional qualification\, with structured learning\, practice and discussion. \nYou will be trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques\, not just tapping. \nIt gives you a very good grounding in the techniques so that you can be really specific in your tapping\, and shows you how to identify things that are relevant for YOU and your clients. \nYou will learn\, how to break the issues down into their different parts\, and how to resolve them. \nEven for people who have done a lot of tapping themselves\, they always say that they learn so much from the training.  And they notice how much better their results are. \nIt is a prerequisite for EFT International\, that in order to attend Level 2\, you must have completed an EFT International Level 1 training. \n \nI love that EFT can done by yourself on yourself – you don’t necessarily have to do with someone – that is what I love about it. But you do need the training to be able to maximize the benefits. \nEFT is an excellent stand-alone therapy and is also a great add-on to existing therapies such as counselling\, psychotherapy\, reflexology\, massage and coaching. \nOn completion of the course\, you will receive a certificate of attendance. \nAttending EFT Level 1 training with Gráinne surpassed all my expectations.  Gráinne provided a great mix of theory and practice.  I can’t believe how much we covered.  The learnings that happened on the course were really valuable and ready to use straight away in a simple and practical way through following the guidance that Gráinne had given us.’   Helen O’Flinn \nThe Online Level 1 training will be held over 4 weeks\, starting on Tuesday 22nd September from 9:30am\, UK & Irish time to 12.45pm.  The dates are all Tuesdays: 22nd and 29th September\, 6th & 13th October 2026. \nI will be using Zoom and you can join via your pc\, laptop or tablet. \nThe cost of the EFT Training Level 1 course is €495\, with an early bird discount of €45\, for payment received by 15th August 2026. Early bird cost is €450. \nIf you would like to deepen your knowledge of EFT or would like to become a practitioner\, you can continue on to Level 2\, which will be held later in the year (October/November). \nMy EFT Trainings are usually fully booked and the course is limited to 8 people. Please note that the training\, including the demonstrations by me\, will be recorded.  Participants practice sessions are not recorded. \nIn order to receive your EFT International attendance certificate\, you must attend the full 12 hours of training.  Viewing the recordings does not count as attending as there are supervised practice sessions as part of the training. \nI highly recommend this online training with Grainne. It was informative and practical\, and was facilitated in a very supportive way. Grainne welcomes curiosity and independent thinking while maintaining the highest of standards in both theory and practice. I finished each online session feeling encouraged and confident to tap on issues for myself and to share the techniques with friends and family.
