SUMMARY:Accredited Practitioner Day - Working With Metaphors - CPD Event
DESCRIPTION:Each year I like to hold an in person event for EFT practitioners. \nThis is a chance for all of us to get together in person\, exchange ideas and get to know each other more. \nAs always\, I will have a theme for the day\, and this year it will be on working with metaphors. \nWorking with metaphors can offer a powerful window into how clients experience their emotions\, beliefs\, challenges and memories. \nFor example: I feel like I have a wall around me; it’s like this heavy weight I’m carrying around in a back pack; I feel like there’s this block in front of me. \nIt is a great way of working with the issue without having to name it. \nThere are some circumstances where I have worked with a client and the traditional approach  – finding past events – hasn’t worked. \nHowever\, using an image/metaphor to describe the issue enabled the client to see the issue more clearly and to clear the problem.  I can share more on the day. \nThis event on metaphors will count for 4 hours CPD. \nPrerequisite: Participants should already be qualified in EFT \nPhoto by Top Sphere Media: https://unsplash.com/@zvessels55 \n
